高应力软岩顶底板回采巷道注浆加固技术研究与应用OA
Research and application of grouting reinforcement technology for high stress mining roadway with soft roof and floor
软弱顶底板巷道的围岩控制一直是煤矿回采巷道支护的难点.以章村矿2号煤2618工作面运料巷为工程背景,开展了注浆加固技术的研究.现场调研表明,巷道变形呈现持续时间长、变形量大、以帮鼓为主等特点.采用FLAC3D数值模拟软件分析其变形机理,围岩的自稳能力差是剧烈变形的主要原因.在此基础上,提出注浆加固技术.在普通水泥浆液中加入预应力注浆复合材料,提高了初凝强度,降低了结实体的收缩率,辅以锚杆索等强化措施,有效控制了泥岩顶底板的巷道变形,可为类似条件下的围岩控制提供参考.
Surrounding rock control in roadways with weak roof and floor has long been regarded as a difficult issue in support design for coal mine mining roadways.The haulage roadway of the No.2618 Face in the No.2 coal seam of Zhangcun Mine was taken as the engineering background and research on grouting reinforcement technology was carried out with.Field investigation was conducted,which showed that roadway deformation was characterized by long duration,large deformation magnitude,and rib heave as the dominant form.The FLAC3D numerical simulation software was adopted to analyze the deformation mechanism,and it was found that poor self-stability capacity of the surrounding rock was regarded as the main cause of severe deformation.On this basis,grouting reinforcement technology was proposed.Prestressed grouting composite materials were added into ordinary cement slurry,by which the initial setting strength was improved and the shrinkage rate of the consolidated body was reduced.Combined with enhanced measures such as bolts and cables,roadway deformation of mudstone roofs and floors was effectively controlled.References could be provided for surrounding rock control under similar geological conditions.
