针对巷道围岩在掘进扰动作用下变形严重的技术难题,选取保安煤矿15109运输巷及回风巷作为研究对象,采用力学机理分析、现场监测及数值模拟等方法,阐释了邻近巷道开挖扰动效应的力学机制及围岩响应特征,通过构建多巷道相互作用数值模型,定量解析开挖扰动的主要作用参数.研究结果表明,扰动作用下围岩浅表层裂纹扩展特征规律明显,在8 m范围内具有分异特征,而深部岩体结构完整性较好;采动响应周期呈现时效特征,扰动持续周期约为5d;水平间距较竖向间距具有更显著的扰动效应,岩体抗剪强度参数(摩擦角φ、粘聚力c)对扰动响应敏感,而抗拉特性与围岩稳定性无明显关联.对巷道支护参数优化后,顶板最大沉降量为28 mm左右,侧帮收敛值控制在53 mm范围内,围岩变形量降幅达62%,验证了支护参数优化的工程适用性.

Aiming at the technical problem of serious deformation of roadway surrounding rock under the action of excavation disturbance,No.15109 transport roadway and return air roadway in Baoan Mine were selected as the research object.The mechanical mechanism analysis,field monitoring and numerical simulation were used to explain the mechanical mechanism and surrounding rock response characteristics of excavation disturbance effect of adjacent roadway.The main parameters of excavation disturbance were quantitatively analyzed by constructing a numerical model of multi-roadway interaction.The results showed that the characteristics of crack propagation in the shallow surface of surrounding rock under disturbance were obvious,and there were differentiation characteristics in the range of 8 m,while the structural integrity of deep rock mass was good.The mining response period showed time-effect characteristics,and the disturbance duration period was about 5 days.The horizontal spacing had a more significant disturbance effect than the vertical spacing.The shear strength parameters(friction angle φ,cohesion c)of rock mass were sensitive to the disturbance response,while the tensile characteristics were not significantly related to the stability of surrounding rock.After optimizing the supporting parameters of the roadway,the maximum settlement of the roof was about 28 mm,the convergence value of the side was controlled within the range of 53 mm,and the deformation of the surrounding rock was reduced by 62%,which verified the engineering applicability of support parameter optimization.
