腹腔镜斜疝修补术中内环口关闭对术后血清肿的影响OA

Objective:To evaluate the effect of internal ring closure on postoperative seroma in laparoscopic transabdominal preperitoneal hernioplasty(TAPP),and to compare it with TAPP without internal ring closure,in order to explore the advantage of in-ternal ring closure in preventing postoperative seroma.Methods:A total of 350 patients with indirect inguinal hernia who underwent laparoscopic TAPP from Jan.2023 to Jan.2025 were selected retrospectively.After screening,300 patients were included in the retro-spective cohort study,and they were divided into the internal ring closure group(n=100)and the non-closure group(n=200)accor-ding to the surgical method.Surgical time,intraoperative blood loss,postoperative hospital stay,postoperative 24 h visual analogue scale pain score,postoperative seroma incidence,and recurrence rate within 6 months after operation were compared and analyzed between the two groups.Results:All operations in both groups were successfully completed without conversion to open surgery.There were no statis-tically significant differences between the two groups in surgical time,intraoperative blood loss,or postoperative hospital stay(P>0.05).The incidence of postoperative seroma in the closure group was lower than that in the non-closure group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).During the6-month follow-up after operation,no recurrence occurred in either group.Conclusions:Internal ring closure in laparoscopic TAPP for indirect inguinal hernia is safe and effective,and can reduce the incidence of postopera-tive seroma.
