针对某水库复杂的地质条件和多目标决策需求,本文构建了基于CRITIC-熵权法与TOPSIS法的综合决策模型,通过构建多维度评价指标体系,客观量化指标权重,实现对重力坝、堆石坝、土石分区坝的科学比选.研究结果表明,重力坝方案在技术可行性、工期效益和综合成本上具有显著优势,为水库大坝选型提供了科学依据.本研究方法可为类似复杂条件下的大坝选型决策提供理论参考和实践借鉴.

In view of the complex geological conditions and multi-objective decision-making requirements of a cer-tain reservoir,a comprehensive decision-making model was constructed based on the CRITIC-entropy weight meth-od and TOPSIS method.By constructing a multidimensional evaluation index system and objectively quantifying in-dex weights,a scientific comparison of gravity dam,rockfill dam,and earth-rock partitioned dam was achieved.The research results indicate that the gravity dam scheme has significant advantages in technical feasibility,project schedule efficiency,and comprehensive cost,providing a scientific basis for the dam type selection of reservoir.This research method can provide theoretical and practical references for dam type selection decisions under similar complex conditions.
