集成Buck-Boost LLC级联变换器最小续流电流的闭环相移控制策略OA
A close loop control strategy for integrated Buck-Boost LLC cascade converters with reduced freewheeling current
针对单级LLC谐振变换器在宽电压输入场景下,因过度调压导致软开关能力退化与效率降低的问题,本文提出一种基于新型集成级联拓扑的无查表闭环相移控制策略,旨在保证宽输入电压范围内的软开关性能,并减少续流损耗以提升变换器效率.以四开关 Buck-Boost 与 LLC 组成的两级集成结构为研究对象,详细阐述了该拓扑的集成机制和调压原理,对开关管零电压开关(zero voltage switch,ZVS)过程进行分解和计算,并研究续流电流对损耗的影响;在此基础上,提出一种在宽输入电压范围内既能保证软开关,又能最小化续流电流的闭环相移控制策略,通过 MATLAB/Simulink 仿真验证了所提控制策略的有效性.仿真结果表明:该控制策略可在全输入电压范围内及负载突变时及时调整相移,确保全部开关管实现ZVS,维持续流电流最小化,并具有良好的动态特性.
Aiming at the problem of single-stage LLC resonant converter losing soft-switching capability and efficiency degradation due to over-regulation in wide-voltage input applications,this paper proposed a closed-loop phase-shift control strategy without look-up table for a novel integrated cascade topology,which was designed to ensure the soft-switching performance over a wide input voltage range and to reduce the freewheeling loss to improve the efficiency.Taking the two-stage integrated structure composed of four-switch Buck-Boost and LLC as the object of study,first,the integration mechanism and voltage regulation principle of the topology were elaborated in details.Second,by dissecting and calculating the zero-voltage switching(ZVS)process of the switches,as well as studying the impact of freewheeling current on losses,a closed-loop phase-shift control strategy was proposed to ensure soft-switching and minimize freewheeling current over a wide input voltage range.Finally,the effectiveness of the proposed control strategy was verified by MATLAB/Simulink simulation.The simulation results demonstrate that the strategy can promptly adjust the phase shift across the entire input voltage range and under load transients,ensuring ZVS for all switches,maintaining minimal circulating current,and exhibiting favorable dynamic performance.
