为探究不同养护龄期下珊瑚海水海砂混凝土(coral seawater sea-sand concrete,CSSC)单轴受压力学性能,以龄期为变化参数,设计并制作了标准立方体试件和圆柱体试件各 9 个,分别开展了立方体抗压试验和轴心抗压试验.观察试件的破坏过程与形态,获取其抗压应力-应变曲线,分析龄期对 CSSC 立方体抗压强度、轴心抗压强度以及轴压刚度的影响.试验结果表明:CSSC 具有较高的早期强度,其 7 d 龄期的立方体抗压强度和轴心抗压强度分别达到了 28 d 龄期对应强度的 87.85%和 70.58%,在 14 d 龄期时,其抗压强度已基本达到 28 d 龄期的水平,此后增长变缓;CSSC 的轴压刚度随龄期的增长呈先增后减的变化趋势,并在 14 d 龄期时达到最大值,到 28 d 龄期时,其轴压刚度与普通混凝土相近.基于试验结果,本文提出了不同龄期下 CSSC 轴心-立方体抗压强度的换算公式,并建立 CSSC 单轴受压应力-应变本构方程.

In order to explore the mechanical properties of coral seawater and sea-sand concrete(CSSC)under uniaxial compression at different ages,nine standard cube specimens and nine cylinder specimens were designed and manufactured with age as the variable parameter,and the cube compressive and axial compressive tests were carried out respectively.The failure modes of the specimens were observed,and the compressive stress-strain curves of CSSC were obtained.The effects of age on the compressive strength,axial compressive strength and axial compressive stiffness of CSSC cubes were analyzed.The test results show that CSSC exhibits high early strength,and at 7 days,the cube compressive strength and axial compressive strength reach 87.85%and 70.58%of their corresponding 28-day values,respectively.By 14 days,the compressive strength has essentially reached the 28-day level,after which the rate of strength development slows down.The axial compressive stiffness of CSSC shows an increasing-then-decreasing trend with curing age,reaching a maximum at 14 days;at 28 days,it becomes comparable to that of ordinary concrete.Based on the experimental results,the conversion formula of CSSC axial compression-cube compressive strength at different ages was proposed,and the uniaxial compression constitutive equation of CSSC was established.
