基于NSGAⅡ算法和BP神经网络的轮辋焊接工艺参数优化OA
Wheel rim welding process parameters based on NSGAⅡ algorithm and BP neural network
针对轮辋在闪光对焊后扩口工序中焊缝易开裂的问题,从金属母材、焊缝及热影响区的金相微观组织以及断口形貌两方面进行了分析,提出了焊接工艺参数优化方案.为提高轮辋用钢 Q355D 闪光对焊焊缝接头的质量,设计工艺优化试验,基于 BP-NSGAⅡ算法对输入层的烧化距离、烧化速度、顶锻距离和带电顶锻时间等 4 种工艺参数进行了优化,输出层为伸长率和冲击功.结果表明,训练后的 BP 神经网络满足预测精度要求,将其与 NSGAⅡ算法结合,经过多次迭代后可获得最优工艺参数组合.优化后得到的最优参数为:烧化距离 18 mm、烧化速度 1.1 mm/s、顶锻距离 10.0 mm、带电顶锻时间 0.35 s.通过拉伸和冲击试验验证,实测伸长率为 25.10%,冲击功为 22.6 J.采用此焊接工艺参数进行产品生产并跟踪验证,结果显示轮辋实际开裂率控制在 15%以内.
The propensity for cracking at the weld seam during the flaring process after flash butt welding of rims was investigated from two perspectives:the metallographic microstructures of the base metal,weld zone,and heat-affected zone,and the fracture morphology.Based on the analysis,recommendations for optimizing welding process parameters were proposed.To improve the quality of flash butt welded joints of Q355D rim steel,an experimental study was conducted.A BP-NSGAⅡ algorithm was employed to optimize four input process parameters,namely burn-off length,burn-off speed,upset distance,and energized upset time,while elongation and impact toughness were selected as output indicators.The results indicate that the trained BP neural network satisfies the required prediction accuracy.By integrating it with the NSGAⅡ algorithm and performing multiple iterations,an optimal combination of process parameters was obtained.The optimized parameters were determined as follows:a burn-off length of 18 mm,a burn-off speed of 1.1 mm/s,an upset distance of 10.0 mm,and an energized upset time of 0.35 s.Validation through tensile and impact tests showed that the measured elongation reached 25.10%,and the impact absorbed energy was 22.6 J.Application of these optimized welding parameters in production and subsequent tracking demonstrated that the actual cracking rate of rims was effectively controlled below 15%.
