基于体质因素探讨2型糖尿病不同时期患者舌苔变化、病机演变及其防治OA

This study explores and analyzes the changes in tongue coating,disease mechanism evolution,and prevention and treatment of patients with different constitutions(yang deficiency constitution,yin deficiency consti-tution,phlegm-dampness constitution,and liver depression constitution)at different stages of type 2 diabetes,inclu-ding the early stage and impaired glucose regulation stage,as well as the type 2 diabetes stage.It is pointed out that timely intervention when tongue coating changes are detected in the early stage of type 2 diabetes can prevent the progression of the disease.In the impaired glucose regulation stage,the direction of disease development can be pre-dicted through changes in tongue coating,and timely intervention can induce a honeymoon period or prolong the pre-diabetic stage.In the type 2 diabetes stage,for the most common phlegm-dampness and liver depression constitution patients,the changes in tongue coating are analyzed for prescription and medication,combined with dietary and exercise intervention,which can effectively reduce the dosage of hypoglycemic drugs and more stably control blood glucose.
