基于节点坐标法的柔性梁振动与力学特性分析OA

Vibration and mechanical characteristics of flexible beams based on the nodal coordinate method

绝对节点坐标法通过位置梯度与格林-拉格朗日应变来描述柔性体运动中的大转角和平动变形.基于绝对节点坐标法的低阶梁单元在横向上采用线性插值,容易造成体积锁定问题;即使经过改进,其在超弹性材料大变形模拟中仍难以保证数值精度.本文对低阶梁理论的推导过程进行改进,通过在x、y和z方向上对罚函数进行完全积分,得到一种高阶全参梁单元.该单元充分考虑横向弯曲变形,可克服体积锁定问题,并且显著提升大变形的数值精度.通过 MATLAB 对该梁理论模型进行仿真,并与 ANSYS 仿真结果进行对比,验证了所提模型的有效性.进一步通过在重力作用下梁的单摆动力学仿真,验证了模型的可行性,并据此分析了高阶全参梁单元的力学特性.

The absolute node coordinate method describes the large complex turning angles and translational deformations of flexible bodies through position gradients and Green Lagrange strains.Because the low-order beam based on the nodal coordinate method employs a linear interpolation in the transverse direction,the numerical accuracy of the large deformation in the Hyperelastic material experiment can not be guaranteed even after the volume locking is improved.By integrating the penalty function into the x,y and z directions,a high-order all-parameter beam element was obtained to solve the problem of poor numerical accuracy of large deformation.The theoretical model of the beam was derived through MATLAB simulation and compared with the simulation results of commercial software ANSYS to verify the accuracy of the model.The feasibility of the model was verified through dynamic simulation of a single pendulum of the beam under gravity,and the mechanical characteristics of high-order fully parametric beams were analyzed.
