《范汪方》理中汤与《辅行诀》小补脾汤方症及加减探讨OA

Both Fuxing Jue and FAN Wang Fang have a documentary inheritance relationship with Tangye Jingfa.By comparing Lizhong Decoction(理中汤)in FAN Wang Fang with Xiao Bupi Decoction(小补脾汤)in Fu Xing Jue and their modifications,it is found that the two decoctions are different in name but identical in nature,with both similarities and differences in their modified formulas.The modified formulas of Lizhong Decoction were further developed on the basis of inheriting Tangye Jingfa.Their dosage conforms to the numerical principles of the"Tangye Jingfa Diagram":the number of ingredients is a"completed number",while the dosage of each herb is a"generated number".In terms of medicinal flavors,the formulas take the essence and function of the Spleen as the foundation,with herbs corresponding to other zang-organs added to restrain excessive hyperactivity.Although FAN Wang Fang is known for its innovations,its essence remains rooted in the principles of Tangye Jingfa.
