培土宁风法治疗帕金森病理论探讨OA

Theoretical discussion on the treatment of Parkinson's disease with the method of reinforcing Spleen Earth and calming Liver Wind

分析"培土宁风"理论内涵,从病机辨识、治则确立、方药配伍等方面探讨帕金森病辨治规律.指出土虚木摇为帕金森病重要病机,阐释因脾胃虚弱、痰瘀互结、气血生化不足致肝风内动从而出现肢体震颤、肌肉强直的病理机制,明确"培土以固本,宁风以定颤"的辨治思路,强调临证辨治应立足于脾胃、标本兼顾."培土宁风"理论不仅为帕金森病的中医治疗奠定了理论基础,也为其临床治疗提供了新的思路.

This paper analyzes the theoretical connotation of"reinforcing Spleen Earth and calming Liver Wind",and explores the pattern differentiation and treatment rules of Parkinson's disease from the perspectives of pathogenesis identification,therapeutic principle establishment,and formula-herb compatibility.It points out that Spleen Earth deficiency and Liver Wood stirring is a pivot pathogenesis of Parkinson's disease,and expounds the pathological mechanism:weakness of the spleen and stomach,intermingling accumulation of phlegm and stasis,and insufficient production of qi and blood lead to internal stirring of liver wind,resulting in limb tremor and muscle ri-gidity.The treatment strategy of"reinforcing Spleen Earth to consolidate the root and calming Liver Wind to arrest tremor"is clarified,emphasizing that clinical pattern differentiation and treatment should be based on the spleen and stomach,addressing both the root cause and symptoms.The theory of"reinforcing Spleen Earth and calming Liver Wind"not only lays a theoretical foundation for the TCM treatment of Parkinson's disease,but also provides a new idea for its clinical treatment.
