内镜下逆行阑尾炎治疗术在儿童阑尾炎治疗中的应用研究进展OA
Research progress on the application of endoscopic retrograde appendicitis therapy in the treatment of children with appendicitis
阑尾炎是儿童常见急腹症,其诊断和治疗在临床实践中具有重要意义.内镜下逆行阑尾炎治疗术(ERAT)是一种无需阑尾切除的阑尾炎微创治疗方法,目前已被广泛应用于儿童阑尾炎治疗.本文总结归纳近年来ERAT在儿童阑尾炎治疗中的应用研究进展,以期更加深入了解ERAT的迭代发展及其在儿童阑尾炎应用情况,为制订该病的临床治疗方案提供参考.
Appendicitis is the common acute abdomen in children,and its diagnosis and treatment are of great significant in clinical practice.Endoscopic retrograde appendicitis therapy(ERAT)is a minimally invasive treatment method for appendicitis that does not require appendectomy and has been widely used in the treatment of appendicitis in children.This paper summarizes the research progress on ERAT in the treatment of pediatric appendicitis in recent years,in order to better understand the iterative development of ERAT and its application in pediatric appendicitis,and provide reference for the formulation of clinical therapeutic regimen for this disease.
