市域产教联合体中产业园区与职业院校的冲突与调试——基于场域理论的视角OA

In the practical operation of the municipal industry-education integration consortia(MIEIC),various actors face a multitude of operational challenges.Among them,industrial parks and vocational colleges,which should achieve deep integration under the guidance of the government,in reality exhibit a state of superficial integration characterized by"apparent unity"due to factors such as value conflicts in different fields,differences in resource allocation,and the action logic of habitus.Based on the new organizational form of MIEIC,we propose to construct a new dynamic developmental field within a cross-space and cross-departmental organizational context.Both sides should strengthen institutional construction to create a field environment for hybrid cogovernance,promote capital interaction to innovate capital conversion mechanisms featuring benefit sharing,and facilitate the renewal of habitus to reshape the symbiotic practical habits of school-enterprise cooperation.
