江苏高职教育服务现代化产业体系的战略适配性研究OA

Enhancing the adaptability of higher vocational education to the modern industrial system is a critical element of deepening supply-side reforms in vocational education.Through a series of measures,including optimizing the macro layout,strengthening school-running capacity,and reforming talent cultivation models,Jiangsu has gradually established a school running pattern for higher vocational education that matches the capacity of its modern industrial system.However,challenges remain,such as structural imbalances in specialty set up,ineffective industry-education integration mechanisms,lagging talent cultivation,and underutilized faculty roles.Therefore,Jiangsu should develop a dynamic mechanism for program adjustment that aligns with future industries,deepen institutional innovations in industry-education integration based on shared benefits,reshape an agile and responsive ecosystem for skilled talent cultivation,and build a faculty team capable of leading industrial upgrading.These efforts aim to achieve a strategic transition from"strong foundations and favorable conditions"to"strong service and robust support."
