翅果油树优良单株果实品质分析与综合评价OA
Analysis and Comprehensive Evaluation of Fruit Quality of Superior Individuals of Elaeagnus mollis Diels
[目的]对30个翅果油树优良单株的果实表型性状和品质进行差异分析,并采用相关性分析、主成分分析等统计学方法进行综合评价,初步构建翅果油树综合评价体系,以期为山西翅果油树品种选育与遗传改良提供理论支撑.[方法]以山西乡宁、翼城两地初选出的 30株翅果油树优良单株为试材,通过测定其果实纵径、横径、单果质量等12项外观与品质性状指标,采用变异系数分析、Pearson相关性分析及主成分分析(PCA)方法,研究了翅果油树优良单株果实性状的变异规律、性状间关联特征及综合评价体系.[结果]30株翅果油树优良单株的12项果实性状变异系数介于 2.27%~58.13%,其中单核质量(58.13%)和单果质量(55.61%)变异最显著,亚油酸(2.27%)和油酸(4.54%)变异最稳定;果实外观性状间呈极显著正相关,出仁率与果实大小和质量呈极显著负相关;主成分分析提取 3个特征值≥1的主成分,累积贡献率达 71.867%,构建的综合评价模型筛选出 10号、9号、8号、12号和11号为最优单株.[结论]研究结果明确了翅果油树果实性状变异规律与核心选育指标,为后续良种选育与遗传改良提供了理论依据与方法支撑.
[Objective]This study conducted a difference analysis on the fruit phenotypic traits and quality of 30 superior individuals of Elaeagnus mollis Diels,and performed a comprehensive evaluation using statistical methods such as correlation analysis and principal component analysis,aiming to initially construct a comprehensive evaluation system for Elaeagnus mol-lis Diels and provide theoretical support for variety breeding and genetic improvement of Elaeagnus mollis Diels in Shanxi Province.[Methods]Thirty initially selected superior individuals of Elaeagnus mollis Diels from Xiangning and Yicheng counties in Shanxi Province were used as test materials.Twelve morphological and quality traits including fruit longitudinal di-ameter,transverse diameter,and single fruit weight were determined.Coefficient of variation analysis,pearson correlation a-nalysis,and principal component analysis(PCA)were employed to investigate the variation patterns of fruit traits,correlation characteristics among traits,and comprehensive evaluation system of the superior individuals of Elaeagnus mollis Diels.[Results]The coefficients of variation(CV)of the 12 fruit traits of the 30 superior individuals ranged from 2.27%to 58.13%.Among these traits,single stone weight(CV=58.13%)and single fruit weight(CV=55.61%)showed the most significant variation,while linoleic acid(CV=2.27%)and oleic acid(CV=4.54%)exhibited the highest stability.Extremely significant positive correlations were detected among fruit morphological traits,whereas the kernel rate was extremely signifi-cantly and negatively correlated with fruit size and weight.Three principal components(PCs)with eigenvalues≥1 were ex-tracted via PCA,accounting for a cumulative contribution rate of 71.867%.The constructed comprehensive evaluation model identified six optimal individuals,namely No.10,No.9,No.8,No.12 and No.11.[Conclusion]The results clarify the variation patterns of fruit traits and core selection indices of Elaeagnus mollis Diels,which provides theoretical and methodo-logical support for subsequent elite variety breeding and genetic improvement.
