137Cs-γ射线对不同杉木家系种子萌发及幼苗生长指标的影响OA
Effects of 137 Cs-γ radiation on seed germination and seedling growth in different families of Chinese fir
为探究137 Cs-γ 射线辐射对不同半同胞杉木家系种子的萌发以及幼苗早期长势的影响,以福建省漳平五一国有林场第 3 代种子园收集的 5 个半同胞家系杉木种子为供试材料,辐射剂量分别为0(CK)、25、30、35、40、45、50 Gy,筛选出杉木种子适宜的辐射剂量.结果表明:低剂量的137 Cs-γ射线辐射能够促进杉木种子的萌发和诱变苗的生长,随着辐射剂量的升高,种子的萌发和诱变苗早期长势受到抑制、种子的起始发芽时间增加、出苗率随着辐射剂量的升高总体呈现出持续下降的趋势.辐射对株高的影响大体表现为中低剂量促进、高剂量抑制的效应,诱变苗地径、分枝数的变化规律与株高相一致.不同杉木家系对辐射的耐受性程度不同,10 号家系对辐射较为敏感,28 号家系的耐受性较强.以杉木种子 50%的相对出苗率确定半致死剂量,通过拟合线性回归方程,计算得出各家系的半致死剂量在 45.71~70.20 Gy 之间,结合种子萌发、出苗,及诱变苗早期生长指标,确定137 Cs-γ 射线辐射杉木种子的适宜剂量在 30~45 Gy 之间.
To investigate the effects of 137 Cs-γ radiation on seed germination and early seedling growth of different half-sibling families of Chinese fir,this study used the seeds of 5 half-sibling families of Chinese fir collected from the 3rd-generation seed orchard of Zhangping Wuyi State-Owned Forest Farm of Fujian Province as test materials.Radiation doses were set at 0(CK),25,30,35,40,45,50 Gy,and the suitable radiation dose for the seeds was screened out.The results showed that low-dose 137 Cs-γ radiation promoted seed germination and mutant seedling growth.However,as radiation doses increased,seed germination and early growth of mutant seedlings were inhibited.The initial germination time of seeds prolonged,and the seedling emergence rate showed a continuous downward trend with the increase in radiation dose.The overall effect of radiation on plant height exhibited a promoting effect at medium-to-low doses and an inhibitory effect at high doses.The variation patterns of diameter and branching number in mutant seedlings are consistent with those of plant height.Different Chinese fir families showed varying radiation tolerance.Family 10 was more sensitive,while Family 28 demonstrated stronger resistance.The sublethal dose was determined based on 50%relative seedling emergence rate,within the range of 45.71-70.20 Gy calculated through linear regression analysis.Based on seed germination,seedling emergence,and early growth indicators of mutant seedlings,the optimal radiation dose range for 137 Cs-γ-ray irradiation of Chinese fir seeds was determined to be 30-45 Gy.
