岩溶生境与降雨间隔对云南松幼苗生长和矿质元素的影响OA
Influences of karst habitat and rainfall interval on the growth and mineral elements of Pinus yunnanensis seedlings
以 2 年生云南松幼苗为研究对象,模拟 3 种岩溶生境[无石全土(S0)、少石多土(S1/4)、半石半土(S1/2)]与 3 种不同降雨间隔(I3 d、I6 d、I9 d),探究其对云南松幼苗生长及矿质元素的影响.结果表明,在 3d 和 6d 降雨间隔下,云南松幼苗苗高、地径、针叶长、根生物量、茎生物量、叶生物量、根生物量分配比例和根冠比随降雨间隔的延长均呈先增后减趋势,且各器官生物量分配比例和矿质元素含量均表现为叶>茎>根.同一岩溶生境下,云南松幼苗生长指标及各器官矿质元素含量随降雨间隔延长总体呈先升后降趋势.相关性分析表明,K+含量与各器官生物量以及 Ca2+、Na+、Mg2+含量间均呈极显著正相关(P<0.01),地径和针叶长与根、茎、叶生物量呈极显著正相关(P<0.001).模糊隶属函数综合评价表明,最优处理组为 I6d S1/4.
Three karst habitats[rock-free all-soil(S0),low-rock high-soil(S1/4),half-rock half-soil(S1/2)]and three rainfall intervals(I3 d,I6 d,I9 d)were simulated to explore their effects on the growth and mineral element content of 2-year-old Pinus yunnanensis seedlings.The results showed that with the prolongation of the rainfall interval(I3 d and I6 d),the seedling height,ground diameter,needle length,root biomass,stem biomass,leaf biomass,root biomass allocation ratio,and root shoot ratio of P.yunnanensis seedlings all exhibited a trend of first increasing and then decreasing.Both the biomass allocation ratio and the mineral element content of each organ followed the order of leaf>stem>root.In the same karst habitat,the growth indices of P.yunnanensis seedlings and the mineral element content in various organs generally showed similar trends of first increasing and then decreasing as the rainfall interval extended.Correlation analysis revealed that K+content was positively correlated with the biomass of each organ and the content of Ca2+,Na+,and Mg2+(P<0.01).Ground diameter and needle length were positively correlated with root,stem,and leaf biomass(P<0.001).Comprehensive evaluation based on the fuzzy membership function indicated that the optimal treatment group was I6d S1/4.
