空间TT型铸钢节点支管轴向极限承载力分析OA
Analysis of ultimate bearing capacity in axial direction of branch pipe of spatial TT type cast steel joint
在使用有限元法对铸钢材料G20Mn5N真实应力-应变关系进行校核的基础上,对空间TT型铸钢节点进行了 64组数值模拟,给出了节点极限承载力判别方法.通过总结节点破坏模式,探究节点几何构造参数对支管轴向极限承载力的影响.结果表明,空间TT型铸钢节点的支管轴向极限承载力与主管和支管相贯处的倒角系数ρ、管径比α、管厚比β、管长比γ、两支管夹角θ等几何构造参数密切相关.在分析各参数的基础上,依据既有研究成果与规范,通过多元非线性回归分析,提出了夹角θ为90°的空间TT型铸钢节点极限承载力的计算式,并将计算式结果和数值模拟结果进行比较,验证了计算式的准确性.研究成果能够对实际工程应用和规范编写提供一定的理论依据.
Based on the verification of the true stress-strain relationship of cast steel material G20Mn5N using finite element method,64 sets of numerical simulations are conducted on spatial TT type cast steel joints and a method is proposed for determining the ultimate bearing capacity of such joint.By summarizing the failure mode of the joint,the influence of geometric construction parameters on the ultimate bearing capacity in axial direction of the branch pipe is explored.The results indicate that the ultimate bearing capacity in axial direction of the branch pipe of the spatial TT type cast steel joint is closely related to geometric construction parameters such as the chamfer coefficient ρ at the intersection of the main pipe and branch pipe,the diameter ratio α,the thickness ratio β,the length ratio γ,and the angle θ between the two branch pipes.Based on the analysis of various parameters and existing research results and standards,a calculation formula is presented for the ultimate bearing capacity of spatial TT type cast steel joint with an angle θ of 90° through multiple nonlinear regression analysis.The calculation formula results are compared with the numerical simulation results,and the accuracy of the calculation formula is verified.The research results can provide a certain theoretical basis for the practical engineering application and specification writing.
