Correlation Between Blood Exosomes and Avian Influenza Virus Infection

禽流感病毒感染是目前鸡养殖产业面临的巨大威胁,可导致鸡大面积死亡和产量下降.研究表明,血液外泌体不仅是禽流感病毒传播的重要途径,还参与调节宿主的免疫反应,传递病毒蛋白,影响miRNA表达和作为疫苗平台.因此,深入研究血液外泌体在禽流感病毒感染中的作用机制,对于开发新的防控策略具有重要意义.文章探讨了血液外泌体与禽流感病毒感染的相关性,分析其在感染过程中的作用以及感染前中后期的变化,并提出基于外泌体的检测与防治方法,为后续相关研究提供参考.

Avian influenza virus infection is currently a huge threat to the chicken farming industry,which can lead to widespread death and reduced production of chickens.Studies have shown that blood exosomes are not only an important pathway for avian influenza virus transmission,but also participate in the regulation of host immune response,delivery of viral proteins,influence miRNA expression and serve as vaccine platforms.Therefore,in-depth study of the mechanism of blood exosomes in avian influenza virus infection is of great significance for the development of new prevention and control strategies.This paper discussed the correlation between blood exosomes and avian influenza virus infection,analyzed their role in the infection process and the changes before,during and after infection,and proposed the detection and prevention methods based on exosomes to provide reference for subsequent relevant studies.
