抗病育种是疫病防控的重大策略之一,目前我国在基因修饰抗病猪的研发中取得巨大的进展,但其可能导致人类基因组错乱的生物安全问题,使其应用转化前景并不明朗.表观遗传修饰是一种通过DNA、组蛋白或染色体水平修饰进行调控的方法,其具有可遗传性和可逆性,是解决抗病育种生物安全的可行性方法.当前,对于影响生猪养殖业,非洲猪瘟(ASF)、猪繁殖与呼吸障碍综合征(PRRS)和猪流行性腹泻(PED)三种重要疾病相关的表观遗传修饰有着深入的研究,基于表观遗传修饰进行抗病猪选育具有研究基础和一定的可行性,可为抗病育种转化应用提供参考.

Disease-resistant breeding is one of the important strategies for animal disease prevention and control.At present,China has made great progress in this area through gene editing technology.But,there are uncertainties in its application transformation,because it may cause human genome confusion.Epigenetic modification is a new method of regulation through DNA,histone or chromosome modification,which has heritability and reversibility,and is a feasible method to solve the biosafety of disease resistance breeding.At present,African swine fever(ASF),porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome(PRRS)and porcine epidemic diarrhea(PED)disease-related epigenetic modifications were used as breakthrough points to prove the feasibility of pig disease resistance breeding through epigenetic modifications,and provide reference for the transformation applica-tion of disease resistance breeding.
