噬菌体内溶素生物学修饰的研究进展OA
Research Progress on the Biological Modification of Lysin in Phages
内溶素是噬菌体特有的一种能够破坏特定细菌细胞壁肽聚糖的裂解酶.内溶素以其特异性好、快速高效、低耐受风险等特点成为一类极具前景的新型杀菌剂,在食品、医疗、农业等方面均有重要作用.但由于自身结构特点及宿主细菌的原因,内溶素的应用仍有一定的局限性.文章综述了噬菌体内溶素结构特点、分类,内溶素生物学修饰的种类及应用前景,并提出了目前面临的最重要挑战,以及潜在的解决方案,旨在为噬菌体内溶素在杀菌应用方面提供理论基础.
Lysin is a unique enzyme found in phages that can specifically break down the peptidoglycan of certain bacterial cell walls.With its high specificity,rapid efficiency,and low resistance risk,lysin has become a promising new type of bactericide with important applications in food,medicine,and agriculture.However,due to its own and host bacteria reasons,the application of lysin still has certain limitations.This review summarizes the structural features,classification,types and application prospects of lysin biological modification,and puts forward the most important challenges currently faced and potential solutions,aiming to provide a theoretical basis for the application of lysin in bactericidal.
