伪狂犬病病毒gD蛋白研究进展OA
Research Progress on the gD Protein of Pseudorabies Virus
猪伪狂犬病病毒(PRV)感染能够引起以仔猪急性死亡、妊娠母猪流产和成年猪呼吸道疾病为主要特征的猪伪狂犬病.特别是2011年以来我国出现的PRV变异株毒力有所增强,导致疫苗免疫保护力欠佳,对养猪业健康发展构成了较大威胁.PRV可编码多种糖蛋白,其中gD被证明是一种多功能蛋白,在介导病毒感染入侵、神经性侵袭和诱导宿主免疫应答等方面发挥重要作用,近年研究发现gD在PRV新型疫苗设计方面具有应用潜力.因此,论文主要对gD结构特点及其参与病毒感染机制、免疫调节机制和在新型疫苗中的应用等方面进行综述,以期为PRV新型疫苗研发提供参考.
Pseudorabies virus(PRV)infection can cause pseudorabies characterized by acute death in piglets,abortion in pregnant sows,and respiratory disease in adult pigs.In particular,the virulence of PRV variants emerging in China has increased since 2011,which leads to poor vaccine protection and poses a great threat to the healthy development of pig industry.PRV can encode a variety of glycoproteins,among which gD has been shown to be a multifunctional protein that plays an important role in mediating viral invasion,neural invasion,and inducing host immune response.In recent years,gD has been found to have potential application in the design of novel PRV vaccines.Therefore,this review focuses on the structural characteristics of gD and its involvement in viral infection mechanism,immune regulation mechanism,and application in new vaccines,in order to provide reference for PRV novel vaccine development.
