产城人融合视角下乌鲁木齐市空间资源融合研究OA

Against the backdrop of advancing new urbanization,industry-city integration is regarded as an important path to improve the quality of urbanization,as it promotes the spatial coordination and dynamic balance of industrial(especially industrial sector),urban functional,and population factors.Using POI big data and GIS spatial analysis methods,this paper analyzes the spatial characteristics of industry-city integration in Urumqi.The results show that Urumqi's industry-city integration presents a distinct core-transition-periphery circular structure.Specifically,the core area faces diseconomies of scale caused by high-density agglomeration.The core contradiction in the transition area lies in the structural mismatch between industrial layout and public service supporting facilities,as well as job-housing imbalance;the periphery area is constrained by resource endowments and main functional positioning,manifested in the spatial separation of factors and the tension between its characteristic development path and traditional integration standards.Based on the diagnostic results,this paper further proposes the targeted strategies for optimizing the spatial allocation of resources,providing a reference for advancing new urbanization in depth.
