Study on Building Energy Efficiency Evaluation Standards for Rural Housing in Severe Cold Regions:The Integrated Qualitative-Quantitative Analysis Based on Energy Consumption and Envelope Performance
针对我国严寒地区农村住宅能耗高、节能技术适配性不足的问题,本研究以构建适应农村地域特征与经济条件的节能评价标准为目标,通过实地调研与案例分析,揭示了采暖能耗(占比超 60%)与围护结构热工缺陷(如无保温墙体、单玻窗)的强相关性.基于此,提出"采暖能耗+构造性能"分级评价体系,设置三级节能标准:一级[采暖能耗≤160 kW·h/(m2·a)]、二级[采暖能耗≤110 kW·h/(m2·a)]、三级[采暖能耗≤65 kW·h/(m2·a)],并配套"数据-结构-等级"评价路径.研究提出构造维度适应性标准,采取朝向偏差补偿、局部保温强化、窗墙比限值修正及能耗限值动态修正规则,并通过尚义县十三号村节能房案例验证标准的合理性.研究填补了严寒地区农村节能评价体系的研究空白,为"双碳"目标下农宅节能改造提供了理论依据与实践工具.
In view of the issues of high energy consumption and inadequate adaptation of energy-saving technologies in rural residential buildings in severe cold regions in China,this paper aims to establish an energy efficiency evaluation standard tailored to rural geographical characteristics and socioeconomic conditions.Field investigations and case analyses reveal a significant correlation between heating energy consumption(more than 60%)and thermal defects in building envelopes(e.g.,uninsulated walls,singlepane windows).Consequently,a hierarchical evaluation system integrating"heating energy consumption+structural performance"is proposed.Three energy-saving tiers are defined:TierⅠ[heating energy consumption≤160 kW·h/(m2·a)],TierⅡ[heating energy consumption≤110 kW·h/(m2·a)],and Tier Ⅲ[heating energy consumption≤65 kW·h/(m2·a)],supported by a"data-structure-classification"evaluation path.The paper further proposes an adaptive standard for the construction dimension,adopts correction rules such as orientation deviation compensation,local thermal insulation enhancement,window-to-wall ratio limit correction,and dynamic correction of energy consumption limits,and then verifies the rationality of the standard through the case of an energy-saving house in No.13 Village of Shangyi County.This work fills a research gap in rural energy-efficiency evaluation systems for severe cold regions,providing both theoretical foundations and practical tools for energy-saving renovation of rural dwellings under the goals of"carbon peaking and carbon neutrality".
