庞嘴村闲置房屋再利用调研与激活策略研究OA

With the acceleration of urbanization,isolated villages like Pangzui Village are confronted with problems such as population outflow,economic recession,and the vacancy of local rural industries.There are a large number of idle houses in the village,and some of them are dilapidated in appearance.This is inconsistent with the overall development orientation and style of the village's cultural tourism and even poses a threat to public safety.Taking Pangzui Village as an example,this paper analyzes the relevant policies and background information and uses multiple methods to investigate and quantify the current reuse situation of the idle houses there.It discovers the unique system composition and classification of Pangzui Village,but there are still some problems with the current model for the reuse of idle houses.Based on the current problems,this paper constructs an optimization strategy model for Pangzui Village and proposes a complete set of models suitable for solving the problem of idle houses in Pangzui Village,hoping to provide a reference for similar villages on a larger scale.
