动车组大功率触点元件电寿命试验方法研究OA
Research on Electrical Life Test Methods of High-Power Contact Elements in EMUs
大功率直流接触器作为动车组牵引系统的核心控制元件,其电寿命直接影响牵引系统的运行可靠性.本研究针对该型触点元件的电寿命评估需求,设计了一套专用试验系统,提出了一种融合额定工况寿命测试与极限分断能力探察的综合试验方法.通过构建大功率电气回路与高精度测量系统,实现了对接触器分断过程的精确控制和关键参数采集.额定分断试验在执行至 300 次时出现明火异常,揭示了传统电气参数监测之外的潜在失效模式;分断电流步进试验确定了接触器的极限分断能力为 2 900 A,安全裕度达16%.本研究建立的试验方法能够有效识别接触器的潜在可靠性风险,为产品改进和可靠性评估提供了重要依据.
As a core control component in the EMU traction system,the electrical life of high-power DC contactors directly affects the operational reliability of the traction system.This study designed a dedicated test system and proposed a comprehensive test method that combines rated working condition life test and ultimate breaking capacity exploration aiming at the electrical life evaluation requirements of this type of contact element.By constructing a high-power electrical circuit and a high-precision measurement system,precise control of the contactor breaking process and acquisition of key parameters are realized.The rated breaking test was terminated at 300 operations due to the occurrence of open flames,revealing a potential failure mode beyond conventional electrical parameter monitoring.The step-breaking current test determined that the contactor's ultimate breaking capacity is 2900 A,with a safety margin of 16%.The established test method effectively identify the potential reliability risks of contactors,providing an important support for product improvement and reliability evaluation.
