为满足舰船通信系统及水下监测设备高度集成化、轻量化、信号传输多样化的特殊要求,设计研制了一种多分支复合结构轻质水密电缆.该电缆将多种线规的电缆组合在一根综合水密电缆中,在电缆的不同点位,从主缆中分出支缆,用于连接不同的通信端口.该电缆可用于传输高频信号、控制信号也可用于传输电力,可在舰船内静态敷设,也可在 300 米以内水下环境中连接多种实时监测设备,具有水密、抗磨、抗拉、耐弯曲等能力.

To meet the specific requirements for high integration,lightweight design,and diversified signal transmission in warship communication systems and underwater monitoring equipment,a multi-branch composite lightweight watertight cable has been designed and developed.This cable integrates multiple cables of different wire gauges into a single comprehensive watertight assembly.At designated points along its length,branch cables diverge from the main trunk to connect various communication ports.The cable is capable of transmitting high-frequency signals,control signals,and electrical power.It can be statically installed within warships or deployed to connect multiple real-time monitoring devices in underwater environments at depths of up to 300 meters.The cable exhibits excellent performance in water tightness,abrasion resistance,tensile strength,and bending endurance.
