人居型遗产村落可持续旅游评价体系构建OA

Against the dual backdrop of rural revitalization and cultural heritage protection,the residential heritage villages face the challenges of both resources conservation and community development.This paper constructs a sustainable tourism evaluation system for residential heritage villages by taking Hekeng Village in Fujian as a case for study.The Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP)is employed to establish four criterion layers,including resources conservation,community development,economic operation and management mechanism,as well as 15 factor layers.The comprehensive fuzzy evaluation was used for empirical analysis.The results show that the sustainable tourism of Hekeng Village scores 60 points in overall,which is"general".The sustainability of community development is the weakest,with a score 57 points.Based on the evaluation results,it proposes the development strategies of"living inheritance+host-guest sharing",aiming to realize the coordinated development of heritage conservation and tourism development.
