某型塑壳断路器热过载保护机构仿真分析OA

Simulation analysis of the thermal overload protection mechanism of a certain type of Molded Case Circuit Breaker

针对某型塑壳式断路器实际设备,先试验验证过载脱扣器动作值符合国军标,再结合设备说明、实测与理论计算值,用 ANSYS 构建导电回路有限元模型,计算等效电阻后仿真,接着分析仿真中额定负载下温升分布与时间变化规律,改变输入电流探究不同过载工况温升,确定热过载校验时间设定值,并与试验值对比.获取了额定及不同过载电流下导电回路温升规律,得到仿真校验时间设定值,且该值与试验过载动作值匹配,验证了模型正确性.为后续同类设备仿真与校验提供支撑.

For the actual equipment of a certain type of Molded Case Circuit Breaker,,the experimental verification of the operation value of the overloaded disconnect device was first conducted to comply with the national military standard.Subsequently,based on the the equipment specification,,actual measurements and theoretical calculation value,a finite element model of the conductive circuit was consdructed using ANSYS.After calculating the equivalent resistance and performing simulations,the temperature rise distribution and temporal variation under rated load were analyzed.By varying the input current,temperature rises under different overload conditions were investigated to determine the thermal overload verification time threshold,which was then compared with the experimental data.The thermal rise patterns of the conductive circuit under both reted and various overload current were obtained.The simulation-derived verification time setting value matched the experimental overload action value,thereby validating the model's accuracy.This provides a foundation for the simulation and verification of the similar equipment in the future.
