考虑停车场行泊效率的车位分配模型建立与优化OA

Establishment and optimization of the parking space allocation model considering parking and driving efficiency

为最大化利用有限停车资源,缓解寻找车位引发的交通拥堵问题,建立并优化车位分配模型.通过场景分析确立影响车位分配的主要因素,建立因素量化体系.基于模糊数学理论构建车位分配模糊综合评价模型,通过对评价因素的平均评语值进行加权累加计算车位优先级.针对该模型存在局部评价因素最优的问题,改进模糊综合评价方法,构建最优车位分配模糊综合评价模型,通过对评语的平均评价值进行加权累加计算车位优先级.仿真结果表明,该模型在为待泊车辆分配车位时,优先考虑是否阻碍交通,分配结果有利于提高停车资源利用率与行泊效率.

To maximize the utilization of limited parking space and alleviate traffic congestion caused by crusing for parking,a parking space allocation model is built and optimized.The key factors influencing parking space allocation are identified through scenario analysis and a quantitative evaluation index system is built.The fuzzy comprehensive evaluation(FCE)model is built based on fuzzy set theory and the priority of parking spaces is determined using a weighted aggregation of evaluation scores.To address the local optimality caused by individual evaluation factors,the FCE method is optimized,improving the parking space allocation model.The parking space priority is recalculated using the improved weighted aggregation scheme.Simulation results demonstrate the improved model prioritizes traffic non-obstruction during allocation,thus improving parking space utilization and enhancing overall parking efficiency.
