盘式制动器热-结构耦合分析及优化OA

以特种车辆盘式制动器为研究对象,基于 Abaqus 建立了制动器热-结构耦合模型,对紧急制动和连续制动工况下制动盘温度和应力特性进行了分析,并进行了制动器台架试验.结果表明,热-结构耦合仿真最大误差为 5.23%.构建盘式制动器多目标优化数学模型,以制动盘最高温度和最大应力为优化目标对制动器设计参数进行优化.结合随机抽样方法和制动器热-结构耦合仿真模型,建立训练数据集.采用 BP 神经网络进行模型训练,建立优化目标与优化变量间的 BP 神经网络预测模型,基于正交试验设计和极差分析法进行设计参数的影响性分析.采用多目标灰狼优化算法(multi-objective grey wolf optimizer,MOGWO)对制动器多目标优化问题进行求解,得出 Pareto 最优解集.相比于原始方案,优化方案紧急制动工况下制动盘最高温度降低6.77%,最大应力降低14.24%;连续制动工况下制动盘中心最高温度降低5.60%,最大应力降低8.57%.

This paper takes a disc brake used in special vehicle as the research object.The thermal-structure coupled finite element model is built using Abaqus.The characteristics of temperature field and stress field under emergency and continuous braking conditions are analyzed.Brake dynamometer(bench)tests are conducted,showing the maximum error between simulation and experimental results is 5.23%.The multi-objective optimization mathematical model of disc brake is built,with the maximum temperature and maximum stress of the brake disc as optimization objectives to optimize the design parameters.A training dataset is constructed using random sampling in combination with the thermo-mechanical coupled simulation model.BP neural network is employed for model training.A BP neural network surrogate model is developed to map optimization variables to objectives.The influence of design parameters is analyzed based on orthogonal experimental design and range analysis.The multi-objective grey wolf optimizer(MOGWO)is applied to solve the multi-objective optimization problem of brake and Pareto optimal set is obtained.Compared with the original scheme,under the emergency braking condition,the maximum temperature of brake disc is reduced by 6.77%and the maximum stress of brake disc is down by 14.24%.Under the continuous braking conditions,the maximum temperature of brake disc center is decreased by 5.60%,and the maximum stress of brake disc center is down by 8.57%.
