外源硫缓解野菊镉毒害分析OA
Analysis of Exogenous Sulfur Alleviating Cadmium Toxicity in Chrysanthemum indicum
以高、中、低3种耐镉性野菊(Chrysanthemum indicum)为试材,采用液培法,研究了不同浓度(2.70、1 502.70、6 502.70 μmol·L-1)的外源硫对镉胁迫处理下野菊生长生理、吸收和转运镉、抗氧化酶活性、抗氧化物质及植物螯合肽含量的影响,以期为植物镉污染修复提供参考依据.结果表明:1)外源硫缓解镉对野菊根茎伸长及生物量积累的抑制作用;2)外源过量硫减少野菊根系对镉的吸收并增强镉向地上部分的转运能力;3)外源硫增强多种抗氧化酶(SOD、CAT、APX、GR)活性,减轻氧化胁迫;4)外源硫促进多种非酶类抗氧化物质(AsA、GSH、NPT)及植物螯合肽(PCs)含量的增加,参与ROS的清除并增强对镉的螯合作用,减少细胞中游离态镉的含量.综上可知,外源硫可以通过减少野菊根系对镉的吸收,增强镉转运能力,启动抗氧化系统防御机制并增强螯合作用,维持野菊生长稳定来缓解野菊镉毒害.
Taking Chrysanthemum indicum with high,medium,and low cadmium tolerance as experimental materials,hydroponic culture was employed to investigate the physiological growth,cadmium uptake and transport,antioxidant enzyme activity,and antioxidant substance levels of wild Chrysanthemum under cadmium stress treatment supplemented with exogenous sulfur at different concentrations(2.70,1 502.70,6 502.70μmol·L-1)on the physiological growth,cadmium uptake and transport,antioxidant enzyme activity,antioxidant content,and plant chelating peptide levels under cadmium stress,in order to provide a reference for plant-based cadmium pollution remediation.The results showed that,1)exogenous sulfur alleviated the inhibition of cadmium on rhizome elongation and biomass accumulation in Chrysanthemum indicum.2)Excessive exogenous sulfur reduced cadmium uptake by roots and enhanced cadmium transport to the aboveground parts.3)Exogenous sulfur increased the activities of multiple antioxidant enzymes(SOD,CAT,APX,GR)and alleviated oxidative stress.4)Exogenous sulfur promotes increases in various non-enzymatic antioxidants(AsA,GSH,NPT)and plant chelating peptides(PCs),participates in ROS scavenging,enhances cadmium chelation,and reduces free cadmium content in cells.In summary,exogenous sulfur alleviates cadmium toxicity in Chrysanthemum indicum by reducing cadmium uptake in roots,enhancing cadmium transport capacity,activating antioxidant defense mechanisms,and strengthening chelation effects,thereby maintaining stable plant growth.
