青蒜翻压还田对连作西瓜叶片酶促系统及土壤质量的影响OA
Effects of Garlic Rolling and Returning to Field on Leaf Enzymatic System and Soil Quality in Continuous-cropped Watermelon
以设施连作西瓜为试材,采用青蒜翻压后栽植西瓜的方法,研究了青蒜翻压后对西瓜枯萎病发病率、叶片酶促系统、渗透调节物质以及土壤理化特性等指标的影响,以期为西瓜生态栽培提供参考依据.结果表明:青蒜经翻压后,各处理西瓜枯萎病与对照相比,发病率明显降低;叶片超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化物酶(POD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性比对照显著提高;各处理叶片丙二醛含量和超氧阴离子清除能力分别比对照降低,叶片过氧化氢含量显著提高;各处理的脯氨酸、可溶性蛋白质、可溶性糖均低于对照,连作西瓜+种植大蒜+大蒜全部翻压的含量最低;各处理土壤中的多酚氧化酶、过氧化物酶、过氧化氢酶、脲酶等活性均有升高,蔗糖酶活性有所减退;土壤全氮、全磷、全钾含量均比对照增加.青蒜翻压还田后栽植西瓜,显著抑制了西瓜的枯萎病发生,提高了西瓜叶片抗氧化酶活性,减少了膜氧化产物的积累,增加了叶片渗透调节物质含量和土壤酶活性,土壤肥力增强,从而提高西瓜抗病性和设施西瓜土壤质量,有效缓解西瓜连作障碍.因此,青蒜翻压还田在设施西瓜土壤改良方面具有借鉴意义.
Taking continuous-cropped watermelon cultivation as the test material,the effects of garlic rolling on the incidence rate of watermelon wilt disease,leaf enzyme systems,osmotic regulation substances,and soil physicochemical properties were investigated,in order to provide references for ecological watermelon cultivation.The results showed that after garlic rolling,the incidence of wilt in each treatment of watermelon was significantly lower than that in the control the activities of SOD,POD and CAT in the leaves were significantly higher than that in the control;the content of MDA in the leaves and the scavenge superoxide anion in each treatment were lower than that in the control,and the content of hydrogen peroxide in the leaves was significantly higher;the contents of proline,soluble protein and soluble sugar in each treatment were lower than that in the control,and the content in T2 was the lowest;the activities of polyphenolase,peroxidase,catalase and urease in the soil of each treatment increased,and the activity of sucrose decreased;the content of soil total nitrogen,total phosphorus and total potassium increased compared with the control.Planting watermelon after garlic rolling and returning to the field significantly inhibited the occurrence of waterm wilt,improved the activity of antioxidant enzymes in watermelon leaves,reduced the accumulation of membrane oxidation products,increased the content of osmotic adjustment substances in leaves soil enzyme activity,and enhanced soil fertility,thereby improving the disease resistance of watermelon and the quality of soil in greenhouse watermelon,and effectively alleviating the obstacle of watermelon in continuous cropping.Therefore,the practice of rolling and returning the garlic to the field holds significance for soil improvement in greenhouse watermelon cultivation.
