1-MCP处理对采后甜瓜贮藏品质及生理特性的影响OA
Effects of 1-MCP Treatment on the Storage Quality and Physiological Characteristics of Post-harvest Muskmelon
以"八里香"甜瓜为试材,采用不同浓度(0.5、1.0、2.0 μL·L-1)1-MCP熏蒸处理方法,研究1-MCP对甜瓜常温(20±1)℃贮藏期间果实品质及生理特性的影响,筛选出适宜的1-MCP处理浓度,以期为提升甜瓜常温贮藏保鲜效果提供参考依据.结果表明:1-MCP处理能显著降低甜瓜果实腐烂率和失重率,延缓果实硬度下降,维持较高的可溶性固形物、可溶性蛋白质及维生素C含量,同时抑制呼吸速率并提高抗氧化酶活性;其中1.0μL·L-1 1-MCP处理效果最优,贮藏15 d时腐烂率仅为237%、失重率仅为7.72%,各项品质和生理指标均优于其他处理及对照.因此,1-MCP可有效改善甜瓜常温贮藏品质,且以1.0 μL·L-1为最优处理浓度,可作为甜瓜室温贮藏的一项有效保鲜技术.
Taking the'Balixiang'muskmelon as the test material,the effects of 1-MCP fumigation treatments at different concentrations(0.5,1.0,2.0 μL·L-1)on the fruit quality and physiological characteristics of muskmelon during storage at room temperature(20±1)℃ were investigated,to screen out the optimal 1-MCP treatment concentration and in order to provide reference for improve the preservation effect of muskmelons under room temperature storage conditions.The results showed that 1-MCP treatment significantly reduced the decay rate and weight loss rate of muskmelon fruits,delayed the decrease in fruit firmness,maintained high levels of soluble solids,soluble proteins,and vitamin C content,while inhibiting respiratory rate and enhancing antioxidant enzyme activity.Among them,1.0 μL·L-11-MCP treatment demonstrated the best effect,with a decay rate of only 23.7%and a weight loss rate of only 7.72%after 15 days of storage,and all quality and physiological indicators were superior to those of other treatments and the control.The conclusion proved that 1-MCP can effectively improve the quality of muskmelon stored at room temperature,and 1.0 μL·L-1 was the optimal treatment concentration,which can be used as an effective preservation technology for muskmelon storage at room temperature.
