Analysis of the Differences of the NAC Transcript Factor Family in Yellow and White Flowers of Lonicera japonica
以金银花"郑银花3号"黄花和白花花朵转录组数据为试材,采用生物信息学分析方法,研究了 NAC基因在不同花色(黄花和白花)中的表达模式及其潜在的调控机制,以期揭示这些基因在金银花花色形成中的作用,为进一步研究金银花NAC基因家族的功能提供参考依据.结果表明:该品种金银花黄花和白花中NAC转录因子家族有58个成员,氨基酸数目为44~737个,平均相对分子质量为38 347.79 Da,绝大多数NAC转录因子呈酸性,少数为碱性,所有的NAC蛋白均为亲水蛋白;序列分析结果显示,58个金银花NAC家族成员共包含10个motif,其中大部分家族成员中均含有motif 1、motif 2、motif 3、motif 4、motif 5、motif 6、motif 7 和 motif 10,其中绝大多数 motif 5 和 motif 3 相连存在;Lj4A633T23在金银花白花和黄花中的表达量最大,在白花中表达量高于在黄花中的表达量,其次是Lj1A850G59,其在白花中表达量显著低于黄花;GO功能注释表明,58个NAC转录因子参与了 8种生物过程,2种分子功能和3种细胞组分.
Taking the transcriptome data of yellow and white flowers of the honeysuckle variety'Zhengyinhua 3'as experimental materials,bioinformatics analysis methods were employed to study the expression patterns and potential regulatory mechanisms of NAC genes in different flower colors(yellow and white),in order to reveal their roles in honeysuckle flower color formation and provide references for further research on the NAC gene family in honeysuckle.The results showed that the NAC transcription factor family in this honeysuckle variety had 58 members,with amino acid numbers ranging from 44 to 737 and an average relative molecular weight of 38 347.79 Da.The majority of NAC transcription factors were acidic,while a few were alkaline,and all NAC proteins were hydrophilic.Sequence analysis revealed that the 58 NAC family members in honeysuckle contained 10 motifs,with most family members harboring motifs 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,and 10.Among them,motif 5 and motif 3 were mostly connected.Lj4A633T23 exhibited the highest expression levels in both white and yellow honeysuckle flowers,with higher expression in white flowers than in yellow ones,followed by Lj1A850G59,which showed significantly lower expression in white flowers compared to yellow ones.GO functional annotation indicated that the 58 NAC transcription factors participated in 8 biological processes,2 molecular functions,and 3 cellular components.
