基于茄子(Solanum melongena L.)全基因组数据,采用生物信息学方法,研究了茄子SmROPs蛋白的理化性质、结构特征、基序组成及其系统进化关系,以期为深入解析该家族蛋白生物学功能研究提供参考依据.结果表明:共鉴定出7个SmROPs成员,均无信号肽和跨膜结构域;其中6个成员呈碱性亲水性,仅1个为酸性亲水性;其主要定位于细胞膜、细胞质与细胞核;二级结构以无规则卷曲、α螺旋和延伸链为主;基序分析可将其分为5类;染色体定位显示基因分布于第1、2、3、7号染色体上;系统进化分析支持将其划分为4个分支.

Based on the whole-genome data of eggplant(Solanum melongena L.),the bioinformatics methods were employed to analyze the physicochemical properties,structural characteristics,motif composition,and phylogenetic relationships of ROPs in S.melongena(SmROPs),in order to provide references for further investigation into the biological functions of SmROPs.The results showed that seven SmROPs were identified,none of which contained signal peptides or transmembrane domains.Of these,six members were alkaline and hydrophilic,and one was acidic and hydrophilic.All were primarily localized to the cell membrane,cytoplasm,and nucleus.The secondary structure was dominated by random coils,α-helices,and extended strands.Motif analysis classified the proteins into five groups.Chromosomal localization revealed that the corresponding genes were distributed on chromosomes 1,2,3,and 7.Phylogenetic analysis supported the division of SmROPs into four distinct branches.
