月季DREB基因家族鉴定与分析OA
Identification and Analysis of the DREB Gene Family in Rosa chinensis
以月季为试材,采用生物信息学分析方法,对月季DREB基因家族进行基因结构、进化关系、顺式元件、染色体分布、共线性分析以及亚细胞定位预测,以期为月季耐逆种质资源开发及耐逆分子机制研究提供参考依据.结果表明:在月季基因组中共鉴定出40个月季RcDREB家族基因成员,其成员编码蛋白的理化性质差异较大,等电点变化大、亲水性较强,根据系统发育分析将其分为6个亚组.通过启动子顺式作用元件分析,发现这些基因主要参与激素调控和逆境胁迫.家族成员不均匀分布在6条染色体上,种间共线性分析显示35个RcDREB基因与拟南芥同源.此外,亚细胞定位表明,RcDREB基因主要位于细胞核内.
Taking Rosa chinensis as the test material,bioinformatics analysis method was used,the DREB gene family of roses was analyzed for gene structure,evolutionary relationships,cis elements,chromosome distribution,collinearity analysis,and subcellular localization prediction,in order to provide a reference for the development of stress tolerant germplasm resources and the study of stress tolerant molecular mechanisms.The results showed that a total of 40 members of the RcDREB family genes were identified in the rose genome,and their encoded proteins had significant differences in physicochemical properties,large changes in isoelectric point,and strong hydrophilicity.According to phylogenetic analysis,they were divided into 6 subgroups.By analyzing the cis acting elements of the promoter,it was found that these genes were mainly involved in hormone regulation and stress response.The family members were unevenly distributed on 6 chromosomes,and interspecies collinearity analysis showed that 35 RcDREB genes were homologous to Arabidopsis.In addition,subcellular localization indicated that the RcDREB gene was mainly located in the nucleus.
