石化企业装置VOCs无组织排放测算技术研究OA
Research on the Measurement Technology of Unorganized VOCs Emissions from Typical Equipment in Petrochemical Enterprises
针对石化企业装置挥发性有机物(Volatile Organic Compounds,VOCs)无组织排放量难以准确计算的问题,通过在目标装置下风向构建与主导风向垂直的监测平面,获取反映监测平面内污染物扩散特征的多点位监测数据.依托二维高斯函数,实现监测平面扩散烟羽面平均浓度计算,结合实时气象数据,形成了基于质量通量模型的石化企业装置的挥发性有机物无组织排放测算方法,并以石化企业排放源点源、面源、体源为目标释放源,在我国北方某实验基地开展戊烷气体释放模拟验证实验,以检验测算方法准确性.实验研究表明,主导风向与监测平面近似垂直、平均风速大于 1 m/s 且监测平面充分覆盖扩散烟羽条件下,点源、面源、体源3 种泄漏场景排放量测算方法的差值百分比的均值分别为 6.50%、16.94%、13.69%.
To address the challenge of accurately quantifying volatile organic compounds(VOCs)fugitive emissions from typical process units in petrochemical enterprises,a calculation method was developed based on a mass flux model.Initially,a monitoring plane perpendicular to the prevailing wind direction was constructed downwind of the target unit to acquire multi-point monitoring data reflecting pollutant dispersion characteristics.By employing a two-dimensional Gaussian function,the area-averaged concentration of the dispersion plume across the monitoring plane was calculated and subsequently integrated with real-time meteorological data to es-tablish the emission quantification approach.Furthermore,to verify the accuracy of the proposed method,pen-tane gas release simulation experiments were conducted at a testing facility in northern China,utilizing typical petrochemical emission configurations-specifically point,surface,and bulk sources-as target release sources.Experimental results demonstrated that under conditions where the prevailing wind direction was approximately perpendicular to the monitoring plane,the average wind speed exceeded 1 m/s,and the monitoring plane suffi-ciently covered the dispersion plume,the average quantitative errors of the calculation method for the point,are-a,and volume source leakage scenarios were 6.50%,16.94%,and 13.69%,respectively.
