以华东某石化企业为研究对象,对催化裂化等6 套装置开展了挥发性有机物(Volatile Organ-ic Compounds,VOCs)监测,识别了116 种 VOCs 排放特征,评估了其对环境带来的影响.结果表明:催化重整 TVOCs 浓度最高(1 544.17 μg/m3),烷烃对各装置污染贡献最大(34.5%~79.8%),乙烷、丙烷等低碳烷烃在各装置中浓度均较高,烯烃和芳烃的臭氧生成贡献率最高,间/对-二甲苯、邻二甲苯和丙烯是臭氧生成的重要组分.芳烃是所有装置中二次有机气溶胶生成贡献最大的物质(70.5%~92.3%),苯、甲苯、邻二甲苯是二次有机气溶胶生成的关键活性物质.总体而言,该企业 VOCs 排放水平尚可,应当加强低碳烷烃治理,同时严格管控丙烯醛、苯和邻二甲苯等物质,以降低 VOCs 对环境的影响.

To investigate the emission characteristics and environmental impact of volatile organic com-pounds(VOCs),this study monitored 116 VOCs species across six production units,including the catalytic cracking unit,at a petrochemical enterprise in East China.The results indicated that the catalytic reforming unit exhibited the highest concentration of total VOCs(TVOCs)at 1 544.17 μg/m3.Alkanes were the dominant pollutants,contributing 34.5%to 79.8%of the total emissions across all units,with low-carbon alkanes such as ethane and propane showing consistently high concentrations.Furthermore,alkenes and aromatics demonstra-ted the highest contribution to ozone formation,with m/p-xylene,o-xylene,and propylene identified as critical precursors.Aromatics also constituted the largest contributors to secondary organic aerosol(SOA)formation across all units(70.5%~92.3%),among which benzene,toluene,and o-xylene emerged as the key reactive species.Overall,while the enterprise′s current VOCs emission levels are moderate,the treatment of low-carbon alkanes should be further enhanced to reduce general VOCs pollution.Consequently,strict emission controls on specific high-risk substances,notably acrolein,benzene,and o-xylene,must be implemented to effectively mit-igate their environmental impact.
