石化企业工艺报警综合管控技术及应用OA

Comprehensive Control Technology and Application of Process Alarm in Petrochemical Enterprises

针对石化企业生产工艺报警率高、无效报警多、处置过程不规范等问题,结合报警全周期风险分析理论,研发石化企业生产工艺报警综合管控技术,通过合理化报警设置参数、设计报警性能关键绩效指标、开发智能报警管理系统和制定报警优化消除策略等技术,实现对工艺报警的全方位治理.应用结果表明,管控技术可以有效规范工艺报警管理,大幅减少滋扰报警,增强企业人员风险监测与异常处理能力,进一步提升装置安全平稳运行水平.

To address the problems of high alarm rates,numerous invalid alarms and non-standardized re-sponse procedures in petrochemical enterprises,this study developed a comprehensive process alarm manage-ment and control technology based on the alarm lifecycle risk analysis theory.Holistic governance of process a-larms was achieved by rationalizing alarm setting parameters,designing key performance indicators for alarm performance,developing an intelligent alarm management system,and formulating strategies for alarm optimiza-tion and elimination.Practical application results indicated that the proposed technology effectively standardized process alarm management and significantly reduced the frequency of nuisance alarms.Consequently,it en-hanced the capabilities of plant personnel in risk monitoring and abnormality handling,thereby further improving the safe and stable operation of petrochemical units.
