基于"形神一体"理论从肝肾脑探讨肝豆状核变性抑郁诊疗思路OA

Wilson's disease(WD)is a prevalent hereditary disease in my country.Depression associated with WD often presents atypically,sometimes preceding neurological symptoms,and is easily confused with the psychiatric symptoms of WD itself,severely impacting patients'daily lives and work.One of the fundamental principles of Tradi-tional Chinese Medicine(TCM)diagnosis is a holistic view.This article,centered on the concept of"the unity of form and spirit,"and combining previous research,elucidates the causes of depression in WD through the lens of the liver,kidneys,and brain.It proposes that liver Qi stagnation,kidney essence deficiency,and damage to both liver and kid-neys lead to pathogenic factors disturbing the brain's pathways,causing emotional abnormalities.Based on the prin-ciple of tonifying deficiency and purging excess,a treatment method of tonifying deficiency and eliminating pathogenic factors is proposed and applied clinically,providing a new diagnostic and treatment approach for depression in WD us-ing TCM.
