基于"形神一体观"从脾探讨失眠伴抑郁状态的针刺思路OA

Insomnia is a common and frequently occurring clinical disease,often accompanied by depression,se-verely impacting patients'quality of life and work.Based on the theory of"the unity of form and spirit,"this paper argues that while insomnia accompanied by depression manifests as a"spirit"disorder characterized by sleep distur-bances and low mood,its root lies in a"form"disorder caused by imbalances in Qi,blood,Yin,and Yang.Physiologi-cally,the spleen is closely connected to both"form"and"spirit."The spleen stores intention and governs thought,serving as the pivot for the formation of consciousness and thinking.It transforms and transports Qi and blood,har-monizing Qi and Yin,thereby nourishing the form and regulating the spirit.Pathologically,spleen deficiency is the key cause of insomnia accompanied by depression.When the spleen is deficient,it fails to store intention and govern thought,leading to imbalances in Qi,blood,Yin,and Yang,resulting in a lack of nourishment for the spirit,manifest-ing as sleep disturbances,excessive thinking,and depression.Based on the spleen's crucial role in physiology and pathology,and combined with the modern brain-gut axis theory,this paper proposes combined head and abdomen acu-puncture.Acupuncture at abdominal acupoints invigorates spleen Qi,generating Qi and blood,and is combined with acupoints on the head to connect the Ren and Du meridians,harmonizing Yin and Yang.This approach aims to regulate the form and promote the regulation of the spirit,providing a reference for the clinical treatment of this disease.
