从五体分层角度探讨针灸失眠思路OA

This study proposes a layered acupuncture treatment for insomnia based on the innovative framework of the"Five Body Axis-Ying-Wei-Shen-Zhi Axis":using the five body axillary structures as spatial carriers,it ana-lyzes the imbalance of form and spirit in the five body axillary structures(skin and flesh),the liver spirit's failure to be contained(tendons),and the malnourishment of Ying-Xue(bones);using Ying-Wei as the medium of Qi and blood,it constructs an intervention path of"shallow needling to regulate Wei,medium needling to relax tendons,and deep needling to harmonize Ying";and it integrates the layered needling techniques(hair needling,lateral needling,and transport needling)from the *Ling Shu*,providing a treatment approach for insomnia that is"touchable in location,identifiable in layers,and harmonizes both form and spirit,"thus offering insights for optimizing clinical acupuncture treatment of insomnia.
