扬子鳄(Alligator sinensis)有冬眠习性,其冬眠质量显著影响繁殖能力,对种群保护至关重要.近年来,相关研究聚焦于扬子鳄冬眠期的生理适应机制,主要包括代谢调节、肠道微生物组调整及表观遗传调控.冬眠期间,扬子鳄通过调节血液学参数,以及胃促生长素、生长轴基因和甲状腺激素等激素水平,实现代谢与内分泌协调.同时,启动子区 DNA 甲基化和 RNA 甲基化(如 m6A)等表观遗传修饰参与调控关键基因的表达,可能影响卵母细胞成熟过程及卵子发生相关 mRNA 的稳定性.肠道微生物组的调整有助于适应禁食状态并提高对冬眠前储存蛋白质的利用效率.本文系统综述了扬子鳄冬眠期生理变化的相关机制,旨在整合现有研究成果,为其种群保护提供科学依据.

The Chinese alligator(Alligator sinensis)exhibits hibernation behavior,and the quality of its hibernation significantly affects reproductive capacity,making it crucial for population conservation.In recent years,research has focused on the physiological adaptation mechanisms of the Chinese alligator during hibernation,primarily including metabolic regulation,gut microbiome adjustment,and epigenetic regulation.During hibernation,the Chinese alligator achieves coordination between metabolism and endocrine function by modulating hematological parameters and hormone levels,including ghrelin,growth axis-related genes,and thyroid hormones.Meanwhile,epigenetic modifications such as promoter DNA methylation and RNA methylation(e.g.,m6A)participate in regulating the expression of key genes,potentially influencing oocyte maturation and the stability of mRNA associated with oogenesis.Adjustments in the gut microbiome facilitate adaptation to fasting states and enhance the utilization efficiency of proteins stored prior to hibernation.This paper systematically reviewed the mechanisms underlying physiological changes in the Chinese alligator during hibernation,aiming to integrate existing research findings and provide scientific basis for its population conservation.
