不同养殖设施对反季节种鹅生产性能的影响OA
Effects of different breeding facilities on production performance of off-season geese
探讨地面平养定期清粪(模式Ⅰ)、网床平养不清粪(模式Ⅱ)和网床平养经常清粪(模式Ⅲ)三类鹅舍设施模式对反季节种鹅生产性能的影响.选三栋不同设施类型的全封闭鹅舍,每栋1800 只种鹅,并在每栋舍内分6 组,每组 300 只,公母配比 1∶5.在种鹅、饲料、环控和饲养管理措施相同的前提下,统计分析种鹅采食量、产蛋量、种蛋受精率、受精蛋孵化率等生产性能指标.结果表明,(1)模式Ⅲ种鹅的采食量(228.2 g/d)显著高于其他两种设施模式(P<0.05);模式Ⅱ种鹅死淘率显著高于模式Ⅰ和模式Ⅲ(P<0.05),而模式Ⅰ与模式Ⅲ之间差异不显著(P>0.05);(2)产蛋初期,模式Ⅰ种鹅产蛋率显著高于模式Ⅱ(P<0.05),模式Ⅲ种蛋受精率显著高于模式Ⅱ(P<0.05);(3)产蛋高峰期,模式Ⅲ种鹅产蛋率显著高于模式Ⅱ(P<0.05),极显著高于模式Ⅰ(P<0.01),模式Ⅲ种蛋受精率和受精蛋孵化率显著高于模式Ⅰ(P<0.05);(4)产蛋后期,模式Ⅲ各项指标均显著高于模式Ⅱ(P<0.05),并且产蛋率指标极显著高于模式Ⅰ(P<0.01),种蛋受精率显著高于模式Ⅰ(P<0.05).模式Ⅲ有利于保持反季节种鹅健康,发挥其生产性能.
This study aimed to investigate the effects of three kinds of goose house facilities on the production performance of off-season geese,namely,regular cleaning of feces on the ground(Mode Ⅰ),no cleaning of feces on the net bed rearing(Mode Ⅱ)and frequent cleaning of feces on the net bed rearing(Mode Ⅲ).Three fully enclosed goose houses with different facility configurations were selected.Each house contained 1,800 breeding geese,which were divided into 6 groups of 300 geese each with a male to female ratio of 1∶5.The production performance indexes such as feed intake,laying rate,fertilization rate and hatching rate of geese were statistically analyzed under the premise of the same breeding,feed,environmental control and feeding management measures.The results showed that:(1)The feed intake of Mode Ⅲgeese(228.2 g/d)was higher than that in the other two facilities(P<0.05).The mortality and culling rate in Mode Ⅱwas significantly higher than that in Mode Ⅰ and Mode Ⅲ(P<0.05).While no significant difference was observed between Mode Ⅰ and Mode Ⅲ(P>0.05).(2)In the early laying period the laying rate of geese in Mode Ⅰ was significantly higher than that in Mode Ⅱ(P<0.05),and the fertilization rate of eggs in Mode Ⅲ was significantly higher than that in Mode Ⅱ(P<0.05).(3)During the peak laying period,the laying rate in Mode Ⅲ was significantly higher than that in Mode Ⅱ(P<0.05),and Mode Ⅲ was highly significantly higher than that in Mode Ⅰ(P<0.01),and the fertilization rate and hatching rate in Mode Ⅲ were significantly higher than that in Mode Ⅰ(P<0.05).(4)In the late laying period,all the indexes of Mode Ⅲ were significantly higher than those of Mode Ⅱ(P<0.05),and the indexes of laying rate were highly significantly higher than those of Mode Ⅰ(P<0.01),and the fertilization rate was significantly higher than those of Mode Ⅰ(P<0.05).Conclusion:Mode Ⅲ is beneficial to keep off-season geese healthy and give full play to the production performance.
