复合植物精油纳米乳稳定性、安全性及消毒效果的研究OA
Study on the stability,safety and disinfection efficacy of the compound plant essential oil nanoemulsion
评价复合植物精油纳米乳的稳定性、安全性及消毒效果.采用离心试验、高温试验、冻融循环试验、混水稀释试验考察其稳定性.采用皮肤刺激性试验、眼部刺激性试验和细胞毒性试验考察其安全性.采用悬液定量杀菌试验、物体表面消毒试验、空气消毒试验和手臂消毒试验考察其消毒效果.结果表明,复合植物精油纳米乳制剂的稳定性良好,经离心、高温、冻融循环、混水稀释处理后,制剂颜色淡黄,澄清透明,无分层、破乳、沉淀等不稳定现象出现.对皮肤和眼刺激强度属于无刺激,毒性较低,安全性较好.复合植物精油纳米乳原液、2 倍、4 倍稀释液作用1 min 和 3 min,及 6 倍稀释液作用 3 min,对肠炎沙门氏菌的平均杀灭对数值≥5,对物体表面自然菌的平均杀灭对数值达到 7.91,对空气杀菌率为 100%,对手臂表面自然菌的平均杀灭对数值为 2.59.复合植物精油纳米乳具有高度的稳定性、安全性及较好的消毒效果,可用于物体、空气和手臂的消毒.
This study was conducted to assess the stability,safety,and disinfection efficacy of the compound plant essential oil nanoemulsion disinfectant.The stability profile was determined through a series of stress tests,including centrifugation,high-temperature storage,freeze-thaw cycling,and dilution in water.Safety was meticulously evaluated using established protocols for skin irritation,ocular irritation,and in vitro cytotoxicity.The disinfectant's efficacy was quantified via the quantitative suspension test,object surface disinfection test,air disinfection test,and hand disinfection test.The results demonstrated that the compound plant essential oil nanoemulsion exhibits excellent physical stability.Following all stress treatments—centrifugation,high temperature,freeze-thaw cycles,and dilution—the formulation maintained a light yellow hue,remained clear and transparent,and showed no evidence of instability,such as phase separation,demulsification,or precipitation.The safety assessments classified the product as non-irritating to the skin and eyes,and it exhibited low cytotoxicity,confirming a favorable safety profile.In terms of efficacy,exposure to the disinfectant at its full concentration and at 2-fold and 4-fold dilutions for durations of 1 minute and 3 minutes and at 6-fold dilutions for durations of 3 minutes consistently yielded an average logarithmic reduction value of≥5 against Salmonella enteritidis.The product achieved an average logarithmic reduction value of 7.91 against natural flora on inanimate surfaces,a 100%bacterial killing rate during air disinfection,and an average logarithmic reduction value of 2.59 against natural microflora on the surface of the hands.The compound plant essential oil nanoemulsion demonstrates high stability and safety,along with satisfactory disinfection efficacy,making it suitable for the disinfection of inanimate surfaces,air,and dermal applications(hands).
