清咽润喉茶对慢性咽炎(肺肾阴虚证)患儿临床症状及复发的影响OA

Objective:To explore the effects of Qingyan Runhou(throat-clearing and moistening)tea on the clinical symptoms and recurrence of children with chronic pharyngitis(lung-kidney yin deficiency syndrome).Methods:A total of 112 children with chronic pharyngitis from January 2023 to October 2024 were selected as the subjects of this trial.Randomly divide it into 2 groups,56 children in the control group were given Xuanmai Ganju granules,and 56 children in the treatment group were given clear throat and throat tea.After treatment,the efficacy,clinical symptoms,pharyngeal sign scores,immunological function,adverse reactions and recurrence rates of the two groups were compared.Results:Treatment group demonstrated a higher clinical efficacy rate than control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the clinical symptom scores and pharyngeal sign scores of the two groups were lower than before,and treatment group was lower than control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of immunoglobulin A and immunoglobulin M of the two groups were lower than before,and treatment group was higher than control group(P<0.05).No statistical difference was found in thyroid function and adverse reactions between two groups(P>0.05).Recurrence rate of the treatment group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Throat-clearing and throat-moistening tea has obvious effects on children with chronic pharyngitis syndrome of lung and kidney yin deficiency.It can improve clinical symptoms,enhance immunological function,and reduce the recurrence rate while ensuring safety.
