基于五运六气理论探讨血府逐瘀汤治疗骨折后急性肿胀OA
Discussion on the Treatment of Acute Swelling after Fracture with Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction Based on the Five Circuits and Six Qi Theory
在对五运六气、血府逐瘀汤、骨折后急性肿胀等认识的基础上,从五运六气相关理论(三阴三阳开阖枢、六经病欲解时、周易哲学、运气辨证、三因司天方等)层面探讨血府逐瘀汤治疗骨折后急性肿胀的机制、五运六气与血府逐瘀汤的关联.运用血府逐瘀汤治疗骨折后急性肿胀需遵循五运六气相关原则,结合运气、体质及病症辨证加减,方可有效消退肿胀,促进患者康复.
Based on the understanding of the five circuits and six Qi theory,Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction and swelling after fracture,the mechanisms of Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction treating acute swelling after fracture and their correlation are discussed from the perspective of three Yin three Yang and kai-he-shu theory,the recovery time of six meridians,the philosophy of the I Ching,pattern differentiation based on circuits and Qi,and Sanyin Sitian prescription.Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction can be used to treat acute swelling after fracture by reducing swelling and promoting patient recovery.It is essential to adhere to the relevant principles of the five circuits and six Qi theory,integrate the circuits,Qi and constitutional factors of patients,modify the formula of Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction through syndrome differentiation,in order to reduce swelling and promote patient recovery.
