中医住院医师规范化培训(简称"中医规培")是培养合格临床医师的重要阶段.本文旨在探讨并构建一种"因材施教"的分层培训模式:针对非眼科专业学生,侧重于培养其掌握常见全身疾病在眼部的表现及急症处理能力,核心目标是"识症"与"转诊";针对眼科专业学生,则通过深化理论、案例演绎及学术严谨性训练,核心目标是"精技"与"成专".该模式旨在优化教学资源配置,提升不同类别住院医师的岗位胜任力,为中医临床人才培养提供参考.
Standardized training for traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)residents is a crucial phase in cultivating qualified clinicians.This paper explores and constructs a tiered training model tailored to individual aptitudes:for non-spe-cialized students,the focus is on mastering ocular manifestations of common systemic diseases and emergency management skills,with core objectives centered on"symptom identification"and"patient referral";For students majoring in Tradi-tional Chinese Medicine,the model deepens theoretical knowledge,case analysis,and academic rigor training,with the core objectives being"technical proficiency"and"specialization development".This approach aims to optimize the alloca-tion of teaching resources,enhance the job competency of different categories of residents,and provide a reference for cul-tivating clinical talent in Traditional Chinese Medicine.
