合并后巩膜炎、视神经周围炎的IgG4相关性眼病1例OA

This case report presents a rare patient with IgG4-related ophthalmic disease(IgG4-ROD),whose main manifestations were atypical unilateral posterior scleritis and optic perineuritis.The case indicates that IgG4-ROD may present with atypical unilateral involvement of the posterior segment,and that serum IgG4 levels may not be markedly ele-vated in the early stage,which can easily lead to misdiagnosis.A comprehensive evaluation incorporating imaging find-ings,serological assessments,and therapeutic response is of significant value for accurate disease identification.
